I notice from looking at scam web sites that when the supplier claims professional qualifications the qualifications are usually not in the field of dermatology. They frequently choose chemistry as their professional field. This gives an air of being an outsider, someone who may know something that dermatologists don't.

Chemistry is a respectable field and suggests someone with the knowledge to make up that elusive miracle drug. Their qualifications may be real, but that does not mean they necessarily know more about how to make a wonder drug for hair loss than any dermatologist. Of course their claims of professional qualification may be entirely false. It is difficult, if not impossible, for you to check their true credentials.
